Restaurant ALMA

ALMA, a nationally recognized restaurant, hotel and cafe, is a Minneapolis favorite and a fine example of warm hospitality at its very best. Jason joined ALMA proprietors, Margo and Alex Roberts, to design a dining atmosphere based on the menu and aromatics aligned with late winter in Minnesota. Citrus, star anise and ginger inspired the palette and botanicals. From floral clouds to enchanting tablescapes, Jason collaborated with the amazing ALMA team to create a romantic and inviting environment where 30 diners enjoyed an evening of food, fragrance, beauty and great conversation.
